Avatar Animator — create 3D animations with code

Avatar Animator teaches middle-schoolers to code by snapping blocks together to bring a 3D avatar named Amy to life. You start with one block. Snap it, and Amy moves. Add another, and another — wave, dance, repeat, pose — until your program becomes a full performance.

Then it’s your turn: Amy follows your moves, the lights come up, and the whole thing ends in a concert finale where Amy and the crowd dance the routine you authored. Every block you snap is real, runnable code.

This page is an interactive 3D experience that needs JavaScript and WebGL to run. The full version is standards-aligned and free for classrooms.
